Treasure’s Report
- Received the front porch grant
- The Box Top check was cashed and we did not receive the funds.
- Tell Ms. Rollins and Ms. Tillman if we know a check is coming so they are aware it is to go to PTA
Box Tops
- Tamisha Jones and Ms. Broom (4th grade parent) will head
- Place all Box Tops in the filing cabinet in parent center
- Shields will send an email to pass this along to staff
- Put Box Top info in newsletter
- Hang up info about Box Tops in the Parent Center
Garden Committee
- Chair Kevin Campbell
- We need to get soil tested and form committee
- Connect with Larry Mellencamp at UNCC
- Develop a time to meet asap
- Look into adding sculpture, rain barrels and butterfly bushes.

General Meeting
- Discussed having a speaker: Garden, parent University
- December 11th, check date with Ms. Howell.
- Provide childcare for this meeting
Parent Leadership Conference (Kim Graham)

- Conduct by the end of October week of the 20-24
Membership Drive
- Send letters home with 3 for me pledge
- Create teacher list of ways to help and place in parent center
- Take pictures of grade level dinners
